Shodiya Accounting LLC was birthed out of a passion and desire to financially empower people in ways that allow them to live life to their fullest potential. Wale Shodiya, CPA is a young dynamic accounting professional with great passion for helping people with their accounting and financial planning needs. As a former Senior Audit Manager with a "Big Four" accounting firm (KPMG), he has over 10 years of experience in providing accounting, tax, financial planning, and auditing services.
His audit experience ranges from involvement in the overseeing and supervision of public and non-public company audit engagements, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) filings, FDIC assisted bank acquisitions, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, internal control audits (internal audits), and quarterly reviews for KPMG.
His tax accounting experience started with training as a tax preparer with H&R Block and helping individuals with incomes between $35K - $150K.
